Exceptions to this have come in the form of Preparing to Scramble, a numbered edition plaque, by designer Paul Hilditch and Lest we Forget, a highly emotive numbered vase featuring soldiers in the battlefields of Europe, by Kerry Goodwin from 2018.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSix years on, and Kerry has created a new design, Stairway to Heaven, that once again sees the silhouettes of men surrounded by red poppies. As you rotate the vase the scene changes, with the soldiers amongst the flowering poppy fields. Above them the sun’s rays lead your eye to the top of the design where the eternal rays of light rain down on the men for eternity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor each Stairway to Heaven vase ordered before Sunday 10th November 2024, Moorcroft will make a monetary donation to The Royal British Legion. The RBL was formed in 1921 to help members of the Royal Navy, British Army, Royal Air Force, veterans and their families.
